PART TIME BAKING INSTRUCTOR
CULINARY TECHNOLOGY PROGRAM - CALDWELL CAMPUS

Qualifications:

Knowledge of the Baking Industry for Restaurant /convention production.
Prefer a degree in Baking and Pastry, 2-3 years of experience as pastry chef in industry.
Computer skillswith willingness to learn grading in Blackboard.
Interest in working with students and teaching Cakes/decorations, sugar work, chocolate work, basic and artisan breads, pastries and confections.

Work Hours

Requires flexible work schedule to teach day or evening classes. Hours may vary based on enrollment.

Salary

Salary will be based upon institutional salary plan.  No benefits.
