Registration Schedule
New Students
Required New Student Orientation - April 5 - 6, 2012
COBRA is an orientation program designed to assist students through the process
of advising, registration, and becoming familiar with the campus and services of Caldwell
Community College and Technical Institute. Students are REQUIRED to attend
an orientation session in order to make the most of their academic experience.
Before attending COBRA or Early Registration or Final Registration, make sure you have done the following 2 weeks prior to any registration:
- Turned in an application to CCC&TI. Contact Student Services at 828.726.2711 or 828.726.2706 for help with your application or to get more information. For Watauga students, call 828.297.2185.
- If transferring credit from another college, if seeking a degree/diploma/certificate, or if registering for courses with prerequisites, submit official transcripts high school, GED/AHSD and college 2 weeks prior to registration.
- Determine necessary placement tests (waived for those with acceptable SAT or ACT scores or relevant evaluated college credit). Study guides are available and are highly recommended.
- Confirm your admissions file is complete by calling Student services at 828.726.2711 or 828.726.2706 (Caldwell) or 828.297.2185 (Watauga).
COBRA is open to students applying for the Summer 2012 semester whose admissions
file is complete.
(This includes all transcripts and any required placement tests.)
* Students with incomplete admissions files wil be asked to reschedule upon completion
of the admission process.
CCC&TI operates advising and registration on both campuses. Students wishing to take classes on a particular campus should make every attempt to be advised and registered on that campus. CCC&TI will make every effort to make registration equitable to both campuses but due to space restraints this may be difficult.

Tuition and Fees
April 20, 2012 at Noon is the last day to pay for
Spring classes during early registration without being deleted for nonpayment.

Students interested in the tuition payment plan must have their application process completed with CFNC by April 20, 2012 at Noon. The tuition payment plan is only available during early registration.

and Watauga Instructional Facility (Watauga Campus)
Students can pay tuition and fees online through WebAdvisor with MasterCard or Visa.
May 15, 2012 at 6:00 pm is the last day to pay
tuition and fees for Spring classes without being purged for nonpayment.
